To introduce and create brand love for the new Target stores in Alaska and Hawaii, we immersed ourselves in local culture. Our strategic planning enabled the retailer to pinpoint important cultural cues that connect the stores to the community. This unique and holistic approach informed everything from merchandise, community relations, media, store launches and advertising, to the aloha shirts worn by employees in the Hawaii stores.
