Launching a new brand in a cluttered category
American families spend only 37 minutes per day together during the week. Increasing time spent together became the rallying cry for pennycake, a new brand from Chick-fil-A. Together we worked on a go-to-market communications plan that launched their new brand, ecommerce site, and created engagement on their social media accounts without any deals, discounts, or influencer endorsements.
